Archipelago Resources is a publicly listed gold miner, with shares traded on AIM. AR owns 95% of the Toka Tindung mine in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, which was commissioned in 2011 and will produce, on average, 150,000 ounces of gold equivalent for at least 7 years at favourable cash costs. AR invests significantly in near site exploration at Toka Tindung and expects to add to its current mine life through additions to its resource and reserve inventory. AR also conducts exploration activities in Vietnam and the Philippines. Utilising its foundations as a producing miner, AR’s strategy is to grow the company organically and by pursuing other value accretive options.
