Aspire Mining – David Paull – Managing Director Stand Number: B 44

Mr Paull was appointed as an Executive Director of Aspire Mining Limited in February 2010 after identifying the Ovoot Coking Coal Project and being part of the Project vendor group that brought the Ovoot Project to the Company.. He has over 20 years experience in resource business development and industrial minerals marketing. Over the last seven years David has been working on private equity and seed capital opportunities in the biofuels, transport services and resource sectors. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Cornell University New York. He is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Mr Paull currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp, a TSXV listed company and Director of Red Island Resources Limited, a public unlisted company.
