Charles Fear – Executive Chairman – Argonaut

Charles Fear co-founded Argonaut, after having previously been a Managing Director of global investment bank, CIBC World Markets (Australia), Director of regional broker, Hartley Poynton and a senior partner of KPMG. Charles, as Head of Corporate Finance, is responsible for Argonaut’s advisory activities with resources clients together with resource services companies. Charles has been involved in numerous mergers and  acquisitions, advisory, restructurings and debt/equity capital market transactions.
