Charles Fear

Charles Fear was born in Kenya and migrated to Australia 40 years ago. He is executive chairman of Argonaut Limited which he co-founded in 2002, after having previously been a managing director of global investment bank, CIBC World Markets (Australia), director of regional broker, Hartley Poynton and a senior partner of KPMG. Charles is responsible for Argonaut’s advisory activities with resources clients together with resources service companies. He has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions, advisory, restructurings, and capital market transactions.
