Clive Donner

Clive Donner is managing director of LinQ Capital Limited, the responsible entity of the LinQ Resources Fund. He is founding CEO of LinQ Group, which he established in 2004, and he has been in the fund-management business since 1997. Mr Donner has over 25 years of relevant expertise, both in Australia and internationally, in equity investment, corporate and project financing, capital raising, investment advising and the evaluation of resource companies. He has gained over 15 years of debt-based experience as a project financier, and over 12 years in the equity arena in both venture capital and fund management. Prior to founding LinQ, Mr Donner was a director at N M Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited, which he joined in 1990. He was a key member of the bank’s investment team and headed the project-financing business in Perth.
