David Richardson

David Richardson is a partner with the Hong Kong office of Dorsey. David advised Sino Gold Mining Limited and SouthGobi Energy Resources Ltd in their listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx). Sino Gold was the first mining company ever to be listed under Chapter 18 of the listing rules of the HKEx and the first Australian mining company to list on the HKEx. SouthGobi is one of the few subsequent mining companies to list under Chapter 18 of the listing rules of the HKEx and the first Canadian mining company to list on the HKEx. David is assisting a number of mining companies, including companies from Australia and Canada, to list on the HKEx.
