Howard Lambert joined ING Financial Markets in July 2008 as head of structured credit trading, Asia. Having worked on various Mongolia-related deals from Singapore, he relocated to his current post in June 2010. He began his career in 2000 at Standard Bank, London. He was mainly responsible for the banks cross-product (cash and derivative/hard and local currency) Russian and Ukrainian credit trading business. Mr Lambert sits on the board of and acts as the South East Asia representative for the ACI Mongolian Financial Markets Association and is a member of the Business Council Mongolia Capital Markets Working Group.
