Kula Gold – Louis Rozman – Non-Executive Director

Lou holds degrees in mining engineering and mineral economics and has 30 years experience in international mining operations and corporate management. A Fellow and Chartered Professional of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Currently a director of a number of ASX and TSX listed companies and active member on committees of the AusIMM.
