Alan Eggers is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in the international mining sector. His experience includes a range of commodities including uranium, iron ore, gold, base and precious metals.

He was the founding director and managing director for 20 years of listed uranium company Summit Resources Limited. He built Summit into an ASX Top 200 company with a market capital of $1.2 billion until its takeover by Paladin Energy Ltd in May 2007.

Alan is well known around the globe as a very strong advocate for the uranium mining industry and nuclear power and the benefits these industries deliver worldwide.

He was also a founding director of the Australian Uranium Association. Alan is the founding director, major shareholder and Executive Chairman of ASX listed uranium company Manhattan Corporation Limited.
