Michael J Carrick

President & CEOMichael Carrick is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and has overseen the development of CGA from a $2 million shell into a member of both the S&P/TSX Global Gold and Mining Indices. He was previously executive chairman of AGR Limited, owner and developer of the Boroo gold project, which was the first major gold mine in Mongolia, and CEO of Resolute Limited, one of the largest Australia-based gold producers, which developed Golden Pride the first major gold mine in Tanzania. Prior to joining Resolute, Mr Carrick was a senior international partner in corporate finance at Arthur Andersen.
