Patrick Loftus-Hills – Managing Director, Metals & Mining – Moelis & Company

Patrick Loftus-Hills is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Loftus-Hills has 20 years of experience in the metals and mining field and was most recently based in Hong Kong as the Joint Head of the Asian Industrials Group and Head of Natural Resources at UBS where he worked for 11 years. He was previously responsible for Mining in the Americas at UBS while based in New York and worked in the mining team at UBS in Australia. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Loftus-Hills worked with Macquarie Bank and BHP Billiton. He has completed numerous cross border mergers and acquisitions globally and raised capital for companies on all of the major stock exchanges and in all the major markets around the world.
