South American Ferro Metals Stand Number: G9

South American Ferro Metals’ full production capacity of 1.5 Mt a year was achieved in the second half of 2011, while in December, SAFM announced a maiden JORC resource for Ponto Verde of 230.6Mt at 44.52% Fe. This JORC resource and a new programme of resource definition drilling will underpin a Bankable Feasibility Study being undertaken to raise production capacity to 8 Mt/y.
